This is a case study of a 68 year old male who had been taking Simvastatin for over two years.
Primary Complaints:
- Abdominal gas and bloating
- Depression

Comprehensive blood testing and hair testing were ordered and evaluated. This testing revealed the following:

All results are in the absence of statin use.
